Alliance Membership Dues Letter 2011

The Alliance welcomes new members. Membership dues are paid annually within the following categories:

1. Regular Membership ($200.00): Applies to the agency or organization in a state, commonwealth, district or territory responsible for the PMP (voting membership; one regular membership per state or territory).

2. Affiliate Membership ($100.00): Applies to an agency or organization in a state, commonwealth, district or territory that has a stated interest in a PMP but is not eligible for membership as a regular member (non-voting membership; multiples allowed per state or territory).

3. Affiliate Individual Membership ($50.00): Any individual or individual representative of a regular or affiliate member’s government agency, department, or board of a state, commonwealth, district, or territory of the United States or of any foreign country.

4. Honorary Membership (NO DUES): Applies to any individual who was previously employed by an agency or organization of a regular member or an affiliate member, or an individual who has made a significant contribution to the work of PDMPs or in curtailing prescription drug abuse or diversion.
